We pack all orders with care from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. This page outlines how our shipping process works.
1. Order Processing Times
We pack and prepare all orders in-house.

Standard processing time: up to 3 business days

During busy periods (such as Christmas or high-volume restocks), processing may take slightly longer

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled the next business day
You will receive an order confirmation email when you purchase, and a separate email once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Information (Australia Only)
We currently ship within Australia only.

Shipping cost: automatically calculated at checkout based on your location

Estimated delivery time after shipment: 2 to 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to courier delays, weather, weekends, and public holidays
3. Order Tracking
All orders come with tracking.
Once your parcel has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and link.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
If you do not see the email, please check your junk or promotions folder.
4. Pre Order Items
Some products may occasionally be offered on pre order.

If your order includes a pre order item, the entire order will be shipped when the pre order item is ready

Estimated dispatch dates will be listed on the product page

Pre order dates may adjust slightly due to supplier or courier delays
If you need in-stock items shipped separately, email us at info@ovigummies.com before placing your order.
5. Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery
Please carefully check your delivery details at checkout.
If you entered the wrong address:

Email us immediately at info@ovigummies.com

If the order has not shipped yet, we can update it

If it has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect:

We can resend the parcel once a new shipping fee is paid, or

Refund the order minus the original shipping cost
6. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your tracking shows:

Delivered, but you cannot find the parcel

Delayed or stuck in transit for an unusual amount of time
Please:

Check with household members, neighbours, building reception or mail rooms

Contact the courier directly using your tracking number

If still unresolved, email info@ovigummies.com with your name, order number and tracking details
We will assist by lodging an investigation with the carrier. Refunds or replacements are handled case-by-case based on courier findings.
7. Damaged Items on Arrival
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photos of the product and packaging

A description of the issue
This allows us to investigate and resolve the problem quickly.
8. Delivery Locations
We currently ship to:

Residential addresses

Business addresses

PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers (when supported by the selected courier)
Please include accurate delivery instructions for business addresses.
9. Cancellations or Order Changes
If you need to cancel or change your order, email info@ovigummies.com as soon as possible.
